MAY 14 (Thursday), 3:30 - 5:00pm, A Teen's Guide to Herbs for Down There, Botanically Curious, 419 Congress Street, Portland Hang out in a cozy and safe space to discuss the herbs to support the uterus during the menstrual cycle. We'll draw the hormones of the menstrual cycle and consider the kinds of symptoms that might arise during different phases of the cycle. We'll taste herbal teas and and have time for Q + A.
