MAY 21 (Tuesday), 6 - 7pm: Eastern Prom Tea Tasting: Engaging Our Senses We'll sit on the grass together, sharing the experience of a tea - we'll notice how it lands on the mucous membranes of our mouth - is it warming, cooling, moistening, drying - what do our senses tell us about this plant's gifts - to where else in the body does it travel? Together we'll intuitively uncover the medicinal properties of the plant we're connecting with, as the nearly Full Moon rises over Peaks Island at 6:30pm. Mugs and tea provided. Meet at Cleeves Memorial on the Eastern Prom. Through Portland Adult Education.
