Wed. August 4: NCCAOM Plant Spirit Medicine and Embodied Experience
Plant Spirit Medicine and Embodied Experience
August4 (Wednesday), 9:00am - 3:30pm
A magical day in retreat as the garden reaches its summer zenith of activity! Through sensing activities we'll step into connection, awareness, curiosity, and companionship with the plants in the garden that call out to you.
We'll engage with at least five plants during the course of the day in tea, tincture, and flower essence form, observing how each preparation influences the pulse. We'll choose (or be chosen by) a plant in the garden, from which to prepare a flower essence, and explore its clinical applications through small group mini-sessions.
Accompanied by tea, meditation, writing, and journeying, we'll sense into which Plant Being we'll be developing a deeper relationship with as we move into late summer. You'll depart feeling deeply held - a knowing all the way into your bones.
Class will run for four participants. Maximum eight participants. Address sent to you the Monday before class - we'll gather in an exquisite garden in Portland!
I look forward to sharing such a special time together!
*This class is accredited for 6 NCCAOM continuing education units*
