I am finding that the use of my voice in a playful way does wonders to support my inner Spirit...

SKIPPING THE WEEKS OF OCTOBER 21 + NOVEMBER 11!

* These nights we'll be singing from 8:15 - 9:15pm to accommodate another group meeting earlier!

This fall (2025) I'd love to explore our vocal connection to The Plants, The Ancestors, and to Art.
Expect some hands-on activities to guide our voices in sound! 


***A side note: Though I'm presumably facilitating - I'm hopeful that we'll be a weaving of folks who jump in to hold space for games and play as this continues...
