HELLO FRIENDS!!
I am finding that the use of my voice in a playful way does wonders to support my inner Spirit...

You are invited to gather as an integral part of an Improvisational Song/Sound Circle!
WHERE: back yard yurt in Portland, Maine (holds 10 people comfortably!) address sent with RSVP OR at the bandstand in Fort Allen Park located at 49 Eastern Promenade in Portland.
WHEN: Spring 2026 currently POP-UP, dates sent by email
WHAT: exploring our vocal connection to The Plants, The Ancestors, and to Art.
Expect some hands-on activities to guide our voices in sound!
***A side note: Though I'm presumably facilitating - I'm hopeful that we'll be a weaving of folks who jump in to hold space for games and play as this continues...
